Avvo Q&A

Avvo’s free Q&A allows users to post their legal questions anonymously, and get answers from lawyers within a few hours. In 2017 I worked with a team of engineers, designers, product managers, and data scientists to make improvements to our Q&A product that lead to a decrease in bounce rate, increased pages per session, and improved ad conversion.
